Aim: To develop your self-reflective practices to enable you to develop your intra and interpersonal skills and communication strategies with the aim of achievement of the desired Griffith Graduate Attributes
This is an individual task. Each student will write a critical reflection on the learning experience from their Group Project. You should reflect on your learning experience from your group project under the five topics. These topics are briefly elaborated below.
Topic 1 – Leveraging group member skills: Recognising and capitalising on skills of group members. (Approximately 170 words)
Topic 2 – Time management: Effective time management of group activities. (Approximately 170 words)
Topic 3 – Values: Recognising and respecting the diversity of values and the experience of group members. (Approximately 170 words)
Topic 4 – Working cooperatively: Understanding the complexity of working effectively in groups.
