This will be a business plan based on an opportunity of the student’s own choice. It may be for a business plan that you wish to put into effect on graduation or within a year or so of graduation. The emphasis is on a realistic plan. You may need to secure your funding to help grow your business. Also you might want to show potential investors why your product or service will be successful with a business plan
Your assignment should have the following
ACC3011 FINANCIAL STRATEGY General Guidance
Assumptions should be clearly stated. A well-researched and need to demonstrate the thoroughness of their investigation into the opportunity, and viability of the business plan. Specifically the business plan will be assessed for its viability, credibility, and quality of supporting evidence and accuracy of financial forecasts.
Citation and referencing should be of a good standard.
The word limit for this assignment is 2000 words. Where the submission exceeds the stipulated word limit by more than 10%, the submission will only be marked up to and including the additional 10%. Anything over this will not be included in the final grade for the assessment item. Abstracts, bibliographies, reference lists, appendices and footnotes are excluded from any word limit requirements.

The University of Northampton’s general policy with regard to extensions is to be supportive of students who have genuine difficulties, but not against pressures of work that could have reasonably been anticipated.
