You must become the expert on this issue, and develop a policy recommendation to address a facet of the problem. Remember, most policies are not catch-all solutions to an issue, and an issue as large and broad as money in politics will most likely require a series of targeted policy solutions to address the overall issue. Nevertheless, your role will be to come up with a policy recommendation and to produce a policy brief to support your recommendation. This policy brief will be an 8-10 page executive summary position paper on your policy recommendation and must include everything listed in the Steps below.
