Submit an outline of your research paper. The outline should include the major headings and subheadings of your paper. The outline will help you put your thoughts on paper.
This submission should contain the following:
A title page.
A draft abstract of approximately 250 words (although this may change once you complete your research and finish writing your paper).
A detailed outline which will include a bulleted outline with detailed descriptions of the proposed content within each section (at least one paragraph describing what you will discuss within each section/subsection of your paper).
A draft reference section (although this may change once you complete your research and finish writing your paper).
Submit your draft Project Outline to your instructor for approval:
Make any changes suggested by your instructor.
Continue this process until your instructor agrees that your Project Outline is approved.
This process ensures documentation is archived for future reference.
