1800 words written in third person with 10 contemporary (beyond 2010) refereed articles. The report should demonstrate:
- the rationale and outline of the change and development at both the individual and organisational levels.
- application of the theory and concepts to the area for change and development
- a clear and purposeful implementation plan
- a well-constructed conclusion
This section is to be written as though you are an Organisational Development Practitioner recommending to the CEO the need for the change and your recommendations to implement the change and development. You are required to provide the CEO with evidence of the rationale and implementation plan by supporting your claims and referencing to the body of knowledge you have learnt in this subject. You need to:
- identify the problems
- discuss the cause/s of the problems
- determine the organisation systems affected and why
- discuss alternatives (how it could be done differently)
- make recommendations by outlining the plan, intervention and implementation process for the solution/s
Section two
200 words – may be written in first person and does not require academic support
- a reflective section that demonstrates individual learning about change management. This section will reflect on the
presentation and might also include reflections on the possible changes from the initial Group Plan to the actual Presentation.
